چکیده
Castanopsis sclerophylla (Lindl.) Schott. is a canopy tree species of evergreen broad-leaved forests in subtropical China. In this study, the genetic diversity and population structure C. were investigated by using chloroplast DNA sequences nuclear microsatellite markers. Permutation tests with indicated presence phylogeographic sclerophylla. Based on markers, Bayesian clustering analysis revealed eastern-to-western differentiation sclerophylla, molecular variance suggested divergence has arisen along Xuefeng, Luoxiao, Wuyi mountain ranges. The approximate computation demonstrated that pattern could be explained geographic isolation followed secondary contact. Ecological niche modelling showed distribution shrank southward at Last Glacial Maximum expanded northward Mid Holocene. These results uplift ranges interglacial–glacial climate change shaped Luoxiao range should considered as key conservation unit due to its higher level diversity. Our study supplies important information for prioritizing sustainable utilization provides insight dynamics

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Iranian tulips revealed by EST-SSR and NBS-LRR Markers
The genus Tulipa L. (Liliaceae) comprises about 100 species and Iran is considered as one of the main origins of tulips. In this research, genetic diversity and population structure of 27 wild populations of tulips collected from Iran were studied by 15 highly polymorphic and reproducible expressed sequenced tag-simple sequence repeat (EST-SSR) markers and 8 nucleotide binding site (NBS)-enzyme...
متن کاملphylogeography and genetic diversity of the lesser mouse- eared bat (myotis blythii) in iran
in current study, 63 samples of bat populations collected from differ regions were used for evaluating the geographic variations. twenty cranial and dental characters for traditional morphometric and landmarks method on the ventral, dorsal skull and mandible for geometry morphometric studies were used. statistical analyses of traditional morphometric and geometry morphometric data indicated low...
Genetic diversity and population structure of teosinte.
The teosintes, the closest wild relatives of maize, are important resources for the study of maize genetics and evolution and for plant breeding. We genotyped 237 individual teosinte plants for 93 microsatellites. Phylogenetic relationships among species and subspecific taxa were largely consistent with prior analyses for other types of molecular markers. Plants of all species formed monophylet...
متن کاملMitochondrial Diversity and Phylogenetic Structure of Marghoz Goat Population
The genetic diversity and phylogenetic structure was analyzed in Marghoz goat population by mitochondrial DNA sequences. Phylogenetic analysis was carried out using hyper variable region 1 (968 bp) obtained form 40 animals. Marghoz goat proved to be extremely diverse (average haplotype diversity of 0.999) and the nucleotide diversity values 0.022. A total of 40 Marghoz goats were grouped into s...
متن کاملMolecular genetic diversity and population structure of Ethiopian white lupin landraces: Implications for breeding and conservation
White lupin is one of the four economically important species of the Lupinus genus and is an important grain legume in the Ethiopian farming system. However, there has been limited research effort to characterize the Ethiopian white lupin landraces. Fifteen polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were used to assess the genetic diversity and population structure of 212 Ethiopian white ...
